Modular conveyors: how are they installed?

Our modular approach puts an end to expensive, bespoke conveyor installations that not only cost you valuable time, they eat into your budget too.

Easikit, Easibelt and Easitrak products mean you can install exactly what your business needs quickly and easily. Our compact belt and roller track conveyor units are expertly built to deliver many years of service.

All our conveyors are available from stock in sections and are easily transported in pallet form. You then simply join them together on site using our unique coupling assembly system.

Any length, any combination

Given the installation of an appropriately-sized drive, any number of sections can be joined together to create a conveyor that suits your handling needs and environment precisely.

Static conveyor installations require support at every other joint or alternatively can be assembled on a mobile sub frame.

We can supply Easikit in widths from 300mm to 1500mm wide depending on the application and throughput required. In all cases, the belt travels over the folded edge of the main frame to reduce the likelihood of material dropping down onto the returning belt.

The Easibelt range comes in widths of 300mm, 450mm & 600mm wide as standard. The belts travel over a slider bed main frame to create a smooth conveying surface.

Safety idlers that are concealed during normal use offer important protection especially in situations where conveyors are used near personnel – for example in underground or picking applications.
